The apartment is not ready for rental. It requires thought and care in its set up and cleanliness. Positive: The apartment was very spacious, with great potential for how the space could be better used/set up. The parking valet staff were lovely. The hosts were very responsive and tried to quickly solve the numerous issues we had with the apartment. Negative: This was the most dissatisfying stay in our 21-day Hawaii trip. Overall, this apartment is not ready for rental. Torn curtain, blocked sink in main bathroom, soiled blanket for pull-out bed that was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs, sockets falling out of electrical outlets, used tin of paint and tools in main closet shelf, beach equipment jammed into closets so there is no place to hang your clothes, bits and pieces of tools, parts, screws jammed into drawers and cupboards around the apartment, dusty/dirty drawers and cupboards including fridge, no kitchen linen or sponges (but the owners used a company to purchase them when I texted and these were delivered a few hours later). This apartment has great potential if the owners take the time and consideration to complete fixing/styling/cleaning it. Unfortunately for us, we were the recipients of what looks like a rushed and incomplete refresh project by the owners that made us extremely frustrated and uncomfortable. It certainly did not meet the expectations from its listing.

It was good that the condo has two bathrooms. Positive: Location is good for shopping and taking The Bus. The balcony and the kitchen have a nice view.

Positive: Clean, spacious apartment, perfect for our family of 5. Amazing views. Very close walking access to seafront and restaurants etc. Host responded quickly to questions and problem with blocked sink. Lovely hotel staff at reception and on site parking. Negative: A dishwasher would be very useful. The ice and cold water machine in freezer is not working. There was no remote control for television in living room. In house parking very expensive! But no different to other hotels and you have to be lucky to get a street parking slot.

It was a great trip to celebrate our daughters’ high school graduation! The location, views and the apartment was fantas Positive: Location was fantastic! The apartment was great! It was like being home away from home! Negative: Would have loved to have stayed longer. It also would have been nice to smoke a cigar on the balcony but I understand the rules of the place and respect them.

Positive: Great location. Quite for being in town. Plenty of space, 2 bathrooms is great
